To initialize this nbextension in the browser every time the notebook (or other app) loads:
jupyter nbextension enable vega --py --sys-prefix

I got a linking error when trying to install altair. Error: post-link failed for conda-forge: : vega-0.4.3-py27_0
Any ideas?
